◇When will I receive my package?
We partner with reliable couriers to get your orders to you as as quickly as possible. Deliveries take place from Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 5pm.

In stock items:
Delivery for in stock items take place typically 2 days after your order is placed. If day 2 falls on a Sunday or a holiday, you can expect your package on the Monday after, unless a specific date is provided with your shipping update.
Rural and Remote locations may experience delivery within 2-5 days as those locations are only visited every 2-4 days. A specific date will be provided so you know what day to expect delivery ★
Pre-order items
Delivery for Pre-order items may take 1-4 weeks depending on the item. Be sure to check the description for details as the time period will differ for different items★
Mystery jewelry jars
Delivery is currently FREE on all Mystery Jewelry Jars and will be delivered within 2 weeks for express shipping and 4 weeks for standard shipping due to the customization aspect★
